Has anyone else been following the Teresa Robertson case? It's been a few years, but I still think often about how these tragedies aren't just isolated incidents—they ripple through entire communities. I've read a lot about how close-knit Fairfax is, and I can't imagine what a shockingly difficult time this must've been for everyone there, especially Teresa's family and friends. One detail I keep coming back to is the fact that Teresa had taken steps to protect herself by filing for a protective order and starting the divorce process. It really highlights just how crucial it is to listen to and support those experiencing domestic violence. Yet, even with these precautions, her life was still senselessly taken. It's just devastating. For anyone in or around Fairfax, how has the community been holding up in the years since? Are there any support systems or awareness programs that grew out of this tragedy? Sending my thoughts to everyone touched by this horrible event.
