I’ve been following the case of Justin Lout, and I can’t help but feel a deep sense of compassion for his family and friends. I was particularly struck by his love for selfies, which showed just how much he cherished the time spent with his loved ones. Truly, it’s the little things that often tell us the most about a person. Regarding the investigation, I find it interesting how quickly the OSBI and other agencies took action and made arrests. It gives me some hope that justice is on the horizon for Justin. With both suspects apprehended relatively soon after the shooting, it seems like law enforcement poured their resources into this case effectively. It’s always reassuring to see law enforcement agencies working together like this. To Justin’s family: I cannot imagine the pain you are experiencing, but please know that so many of us in the community stand with you and hope to see justice served swiftly.
