Hey everyone,
I was just thinking about the efforts of the Tulsa Police Department in the aftermath of the tragic shooting of LeNaryd Daijon Tillis. It seems like they really put in the work to bring those responsible to justice. From what the reports say, they managed to make significant arrests within months of the incident. Robert McCoy's arrest in January 2019, along with Antonio Wilson and Wesley Moman IV, shows some serious dedication.
It makes me wonder how complicated cases like this can be, especially when there are multiple suspects involved. The fact that they haven't released a clear motive yet must be frustrating for LeNaryd's family and friends. I hope they find some peace knowing that law enforcement is actively trying to get to the bottom of this.
Anyone have any thoughts on how police handle these complicated situations when there's more than one person involved? It seems like such a daunting task.
My heart goes out to those who knew LeNaryd. I can't imagine how they've been coping through all of this.
Stay safe, everyone.
Hello everyone,
I've been following the case of LeNaryd Daijon Tillis, and something that's been on my mind is the location of the incident. Sadly, it seems the intersection where the shooting took place is not unfamiliar to violence. The Virgin and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard area has seen its share of crime over the years.
This tragedy brings attention once more to the larger issue of gun violence in our communities. It’s difficult not to think about the many other lives that have been similarly affected, and it raises a lot of questions about what more can be done to make these areas safer for everyone.
When walking the same streets where someone’s life was brutally cut short, it must weigh heavily on the community, not to mention the heartache LeNaryd’s family and friends continue to endure. I believe more community-based initiatives and programs could be part of the solution to prevent future incidents.
My thoughts are with everyone trying to cope with the loss and those working diligently to make justice a reality.
Stay safe,

I’ve been following the LeNaryd Daijon Tillis case and something that really stands out to me is the timing and swift action taken by law enforcement. It’s a relief to see that within just a few months of the incident, significant arrests were made. The commitment of the Tulsa Police and U.S. Marshals to track down those involved speaks volumes about their dedication to getting justice for LeNaryd and his loved ones.
I can’t even begin to imagine how difficult it must be for LeNaryd’s family, especially with the violence and senseless loss at such a young age. It’s somewhat comforting to know that the people who might have had a hand in this tragedy are being held accountable, even if it won’t bring him back. I hope that through the legal process, they’re able to gain some sense of closure and that justice is truly served. If anyone has more insights into the courtroom developments or the community’s reaction, I’d be interested to hear. Sending strength to those who knew and loved LeNaryd.
