It's so tragic hearing about TyChance's case. I was recently thinking about the impact of such an incident on his family and how they must be coping with their loss. Losing someone so cherished and admired by the community isn't something you easily come back from. It's times like these that community support becomes crucial. I wonder about the emotional journey that TyChance’s family is enduring through this trial against Massenburg. Court proceedings can drag on and sometimes add layers to the trauma by rehashing painful memories. My heart goes out to them. It’s my hope that the trial brings them some form of closure, though I know nothing can truly fill the void left behind. And I do pray the Altus community rallies around his family, offering all the support and love they need through this incredibly tough time.
