I’ve been following the discussion on Tahiba Willis’s case and, honestly, the issue of bar security keeps sticking in my mind. It’s so tough to think that a fun night out could turn into such a devastating ordeal because of something like this. I know bars are supposed to be places where people can kick back and relax, but it’s clear this place didn’t have enough safeguards in place. It gets me wondering—are there any standards that these establishments are supposed to meet? The fact that someone could just waltz in with a weapon and something so awful could happen is really troubling. I hope the authorities are taking a hard look at this, and maybe even bringing those who run the bar into the investigation. Losing someone as young and vibrant as Tahiba in such a violent way must be shattering for her family and friends. Sending them all of my support during this terrible time.
