I’ve been following Faith Lindsey’s case closely and something that just gnaws at me is the complexity due to the crime occurring on Native American land. I'm trying to wrap my head around how this added so many layers of legal entanglement. It strikes me how this jurisdictional aspect possibly delayed some aspects of the investigation or might have led to some barriers in communication between the agencies involved. It’s a reminder of how crucial it is for jurisdictions to collaborate seamlessly, especially with the stakes being so high. My heart goes out to Faith's family, not only dealing with their tremendous loss but also trying to navigate through such a complicated legal landscape. The persistence of both the family and law enforcement is commendable, and everyone hopes that they can find some sense of peace or closure one day.
