I'm still trying to wrap my head around the Angela Michelle Thompson case and the twist involving the suspect, Jason Lamar Richey. It's chilling to think about how someone so young could be involved in something this tragic. The part about Richey allegedly trying to solicit another murder while in custody is particularly disturbing and makes you wonder what goes on in the mind of someone who seems to have complete disregard for human life. For Angela’s family, this must just add another layer of grief and confusion. Not only are they dealing with the loss of someone they loved dearly, but they also have to confront these unsettling developments that unfolded during the trial. My thoughts are with them; I can't even imagine the rollercoaster of emotions they must be going through. If anyone has more insights on what the community response has been like in El Reno, or how the family has been coping, I'd be really interested to hear more. It's always heartening to see communities rally around families in times of such sorrow. May Angela be remembered for the light she brought into the lives of those who knew her.
