I'm really struggling to wrap my head around the circumstances of Sandra's tragic death. It's truly devastating for her family and friends, and for the community that knew her. What perplexes me is how Charles, given his PTSD claims, managed to access a firearm during what he described as a nightmare. It makes me wonder about the safety measures in their home regarding guns, especially if he was known to suffer from sleep disturbances like sleepwalking.
I'm honestly torn reading about this case. On one hand, the impact of PTSD is acknowledged, and it's crucial that veterans like Charles get the help they need. However, on the other side, there are undeniable actions that led to Sandra's death, actions that might suggest premeditation.
How much do you think the availability or lack of mental health resources for Vietnam vets plays into cases like this? Is there more that can be done to prevent these tragic incidents from happening? I'm just hoping Sandra's family finds some peace after everything they've been through.
Has anyone else been caught up thinking about Sandra Bradley's professional life? I'm just so curious about what that dynamic with her boss was like. I mean, being an office manager for a doctor sounds demanding, and Sandra seemed really committed to her job. It breaks my heart to consider the possibility that her dedication might have been twisted into something it wasn't.
Hearing that she returned from a business trip just before this tragedy struck makes me wonder what kind of discussions or events happened when she got home. I'm not trying to speculate too much, but work trips can be intensive, and coming back to a tense household can't be easy on anyone. I can't imagine the pressure she must've been under, both professionally and personally.
Also, huge respect to her family for sharing their feelings during the trial. They deserve so much support for what they’ve been through. RIP Sandra.
