Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the security measures for high school events since hearing about the tragedy at McLain High School. It's devastating to imagine what Terron's family, friends, and the whole community are going through. I was wondering, does anyone know what kind of measures schools typically take to prevent such incidents, and are they really effective? It just seems like every time there's a shooting, there's a focus on security changes, but are these changes substantial enough to prevent future tragedies? Any parents or school staff here who can share what's been implemented at their schools since this terrible incident? I truly hope increased safety can bring even a tiny bit of peace of mind to those affected.
