Hey everyone, I was recently reading about the Richard David Calvi case and something caught my attention. With so much emphasis on the investigation and lack of suspects, I couldn't help but wonder about the forensic side. How is it possible that in today's world, with advanced forensic technology, there still aren't any significant leads? I mean, it's been decades since Richard's tragic death, and it must be incredibly frustrating for his family to feel like answers are just out of reach. Was there any physical evidence collected at the scene back in 1987 that could be re-examined with modern techniques? DNA technology has come such a long way since then. Cases this old have been solved by re-testing evidence using new methods, and it just makes you think... Is there someone out there who knows something, or is just a piece of the puzzle waiting to be found? It's hard not to sympathize deeply with the Calvi family. They deserve closure after all these years. It'd be great to hear what others think or know about how these cold cases sometimes get a fresh look with new tech. Maybe there's hope yet for finding justice for Richard.
