Does anyone else find it deeply troubling how someone like Tyler James Peterson, who was supposed to protect and serve the community, could commit such a horrific act? As an officer, he had access to weapons and training that should have been used for the safety of others, not causing harm. It's unsettling to think about how trust in law enforcement might have been shaken in Crandon after this tragedy. I can't imagine what Jordanne's family and the families of the other victims are going through, knowing the person responsible for this nightmare was someone meant to be a role model. We need to have serious conversations about mental health support and relationship counseling, especially for those in high-stress professions like law enforcement. My thoughts go out to everyone affected by this tragedy.
