I can’t stop thinking about how tragic Timothy's death was, especially considering how it happened. Accidental or not, it’s just so devastating for his family to lose someone so young and full of potential. Guns can be so unpredictable and, unfortunately, it only takes a moment of misjudgment for things to go terribly wrong.
I really hope more people take this as a wake-up call to educate themselves on firearm safety. And I think a lot about how important it is to never become complacent when handling a weapon. If anything, Timothy’s story might help prevent something similar from happening to someone else. My thoughts go out to all those who knew him—what a terrible loss.
