Hey everyone, I've been following the Tonie Phillips case and something that's been on my mind is the issue with the initial response by the Milwaukee Fire Department. I can't even begin to imagine the pain and frustration Tonie's family must be feeling. I know we're all trying to piece together what happened, but does anyone have information about whether any changes have been made to the protocols since this heartbreaking incident? It’s alarming to think that Tonie was left without aid for such a crucial amount of time. This isn't the first time there’s been a mistake like this, so there must be a serious flaw in how cases are being handled. I also wonder if the department has issued any public statement or apology to her family. It seems like catching these errors early on could be life-saving. Hopefully, this case leads to some major improvements—even though it's too late for Tonie. Thoughts? Stay safe out there, everyone.
