Has anyone else been struck by how Kristi's family seemed to have little to no contact with Tyson before she disappeared? I find it so strange that there were only text messages from Kristi, and those messages were inconsistent about where Tyson was. It makes me wonder if Kristi was trying to protect Tyson from something or if there were deeper issues within the family that estranged her from them. I can't help but think that Tyson was caught up in circumstances beyond his understanding. Has anyone heard if authorities have looked deeper into the family dynamics or if any other relatives have come forward with info? This case is just so frustrating, and my heart goes out to little Tyson, wherever he is.
