Something that's been bothering me about the Edward Hutchinson case is the fact that the shooter actually called 911 after the incident. It’s so perplexing to think about what was going through their mind. Did they realize the gravity of what they had done, or was it just a panic-induced reaction? From everything I've read about Edward, he seemed like such a family-oriented person, with so much to look forward to. It's incredibly painful to think that an argument over something trivial could end so tragically. How does someone get to a point where picking up a gun seems like a solution? It's beyond comprehension, and my heart goes out to Edward’s family and his children who’ve lost him forever. I hope justice is served and that this case brings about some discussions on conflict resolution and gun safety in our communities.

Hi everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the tragic events surrounding Edward Hutchinson’s death. It’s truly devastating for his family and the Wauwatosa community. One thing that keeps puzzling me is the shooter’s decision to call 911 right after the incident. Of course, it’s good that they cooperated with the authorities, but it makes me wonder about their state of mind. Were they immediately regretful or simply looking to cover their tracks? That decision to call speaks volumes, yet the fact remains that it was too little, too late. It’s especially hard to understand when the argument could’ve been resolved without violence. One poor choice destroyed multiple lives, and it’s so painful to think of Edward’s children growing up without their dad. Does anyone have insights on how such altercations often escalate, or perhaps how communities heal after such senseless loss? My heart truly goes out to the loved ones Edward left behind. Stay safe everyone.
