I can't stop thinking about the impact Lavelle Monroe had on his community. Everyone who knew him speaks so highly of his infectious smile and magnetic personality—it's clear he brought so much joy to those around him. My heart truly goes out to his family, especially his children who will have to grow up without their dad. It's so concerning that a life can be taken away so suddenly and violently. I hope the Racine community finds a way to lean on each other in this hard time, and that they can come together to support Lavelle's family. I can't imagine the struggle they're going through. Let's keep sharing any information and spreading the word about this case—it might just be the thing that helps bring Joshua Morris to justice and provides some peace to Lavelle's loved ones.
