Has anyone else been thinking about the Cannon brothers and their decision to drive Dakari to the hospital themselves rather than calling for an ambulance? It’s just so perplexing to me. I can’t even begin to imagine the panic and fear they must have felt in the moment, but driving with a seriously injured child seems incredibly risky. The fact that they crashed into parked cars on their way adds another layer of chaos to an already tragic situation. My heart really goes out to Dakari's family having to deal with the aftermath. I really hope we can all have more open discussions about emergency response and knowing when to call professionals versus acting on impulse.
