Does anyone have insights on the community response following Solomon Coleman's tragic incident? I keep thinking about his family having to process this senseless act, and it’s just so difficult to comprehend. From what I’ve read, the 7300 block of South Evans has seen its share of violence, but I’m curious if anyone from the area recalls any increased police presence or community outreach post-incident? It's essential we remember the human side of these events, for Solomon and all victims, to drive real changes in combating violence. For anyone from the neighborhood or who knew Solomon, how are things now compared to 2011? Are there initiatives or memorials that honor his memory?
