I have been following Kimotasha M. Perry’s case and can’t help but think about the ongoing struggle her family must face every day. It’s so distressing to see the pain they endure while seeking justice. The vigil they held on November 6 to honor her and raise awareness for domestic violence touched me deeply. I’ve seen various discussions lately that emphasize the importance of being vigilant in relationships, but it’s clear that there needs to be more community support and resources for those in potentially harmful situations.
I'm also concerned about the financial burden on Kimotasha’s family for her funeral expenses. It's truly heart-rending that they even had to set up a GoFundMe. I hope people can rally around them during this tough time. May we continue to spread awareness and push for justice not only for Kimotasha but for all victims of domestic violence. Your thoughts?
Hey everyone, I’ve been following Kimotasha Perry’s case, and I just wanted to share how deeply touched I am by the community’s support for her family. I read about the vigil that took place on November 6, 2019, and I think it's really beautiful how her family and friends came together not just to honor her memory, but also to raise awareness about domestic violence. It must have been such a powerful moment seeing everyone light candles and share their memories of Kimotasha.
I have so much respect for Michelle Perry and the strength she’s shown during such an unimaginable loss. Her drive to seek justice and advocate for other families affected by domestic violence is truly inspiring. It's a reminder that we all need to take these issues seriously and do what we can to support those in our lives who might be in difficult situations.
Has anyone here attended the vigil or been involved with any local efforts to fight domestic violence in Milwaukee? I would love to hear more about how people are coming together to make a difference. Keep sharing love and support, everyone. ❤️
