I came across some info while reading about the Molson Coors tragedy, and it really got to me. Apparently, Gene Levshetz took pride in his role at the brewery and was highly respected by his colleagues. What stood out to me was how he often went out of his way to mentor new employees, making sure they felt welcomed and part of the "work family." It's stories like these that make the loss even more profound. Imagine being in such a tight-knit environment and then having this happen. My thoughts are with Gene's family and the other victims' families. It must be unimaginably difficult to cope with losing someone you love in such a senseless act. I hope that out of this tragedy, there's more awareness and action on workplace safety and mental health.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about how the Molson Coors shooting has affected our community, and I can't help but reflect on the ripple effect these tragedies have on the victims' families. Gene Levshetz's story, in particular, has really stayed with me. He seemed like such a loving husband, father, and grandfather, dedicated to his family. I can't even begin to imagine the void his loss has left in their lives. These events not only shatter a tight-knit family bond but also leave an entire community grappling with a sense of vulnerability and sorrow. I was reading about the efforts made by local support groups and how the city has come together to provide comfort and care to those impacted. While nothing can bring back the lives lost, the outpouring of empathy and solidarity from Milwaukeeans is heartening. It makes me wonder how important conflict resolution training and mental health support in workplaces are—maybe they could prevent something like this from happening in the future. Has anyone else heard any updates on what steps Molson Coors or other local companies are taking to promote a safer environment? My thoughts are with all the families affected; this should never have to be something anyone goes through. Stay safe, everyone.
