I've been thinking a lot about the people who tried to help Jordan Belton-Coleman that night. I can't imagine the trauma of being in such a dangerous situation and witnessing something so horrific. It's clear from reports that the officers responded quickly and did everything they could, but how painful must it be for them knowing they couldn't save him? Situations like these are tragic on so many levels, impacting not just the victims and their families, but also the first responders and the community at large. I hope people keep this in mind and continue to support each other during this incredibly tough time. This could have happened to any of us, and it’s a stark reminder of how fragile life can be. Please, if you were in the area or know anything at all, reach out to the authorities and help bring some closure to his loved ones.

Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Jordan Belton-Coleman, and there's something that's really been on my mind. The location of the shooting, near Miller Park Way and Burnham Street, seems like such a busy area, even at night. It's hard for me to wrap my head around how such an "ambush" could occur in what I'm assuming would be a fairly public space. Does anyone else feel like there might be more witnesses out there who saw or heard something that could help the police? It's baffling that there haven't been any arrests yet, but I imagine people might be scared to come forward. I can’t even begin to understand how Jordan's family must be feeling, knowing the perpetrators are still out there, and I hope anyone with even the smallest piece of information finds the courage to step up. Let's hope that justice is served soon and that Jordan’s family finds the peace they desperately need. If you're local to the area, or know anyone who is, maybe chat with them to see if they remember anything from that night. Every little bit counts.
