Has anyone else been following the case of Devon M. Hills in Janesville? It's just so devastating to think about how his life was taken away in such a sudden and violent way. I can't begin to imagine what his family is going through right now. The plea deal with Kevin Todd really caught my attention—30 years seems like a long time, but is it really enough for taking someone's life and the pain caused to Devon's kids and family? I understand the legal system has its ways, but it's tough to come to terms with the fact that Devon's children are growing up without their father now. Just hoping they have a strong support system around them to help navigate this tragedy. Sending love to all affected by this senseless act.
