I’ve been following this case and it’s just so tragic. It really hits me how Christopher Bugembe was trying so hard to turn his life around for the sake of his kids, and now they have to grow up without their father. It’s devastating to think about how much effort he put into creating a hopeful future, moving all the way to Dallas to try and provide a better environment for his family. I can’t even begin to imagine what his children and partner must be going through, not to mention the Stokes family as well. I’m particularly concerned about the lack of progress in finding out who’s responsible for this. It seems like another instance where gun violence leaves families shattered, and yet, no one is held accountable. I really hope that someone who knows anything has the courage to come forward. Both Christopher and Valentino deserve justice, and their families need closure. Milwaukee is better than this, and it’s time for our community to demand more action from the authorities. What are everyone's thoughts on how we can support these families or encourage more people to come forward with information?
