Has anyone else been following the courtroom updates on Charles W. Smith's case? I can't even imagine the immense pain his family and friends must still be feeling. I read that Charlie had reached out to 911 expressing concern before that terrible night. It haunts me to think that something could have changed if things were handled differently. It's like a constant 'what if' for those who knew and loved him. I hope this case sheds some light on the urgent need for more responsive measures when someone feels unsafe. My thoughts are with everyone grieving as they navigate this painful journey towards seeking justice for Charlie.
