Hey everyone, I came across this case while going down a rabbit hole of true crime articles, and I just can't stop thinking about the bravery of Jonathan Lane during the tragic shooting at Frontier Junior High School. In the midst of so much chaos and fear, when most people would understandably be paralyzed, he found the courage to confront and disarm Barry Loukaitis. It's not something anyone should ever have to do, especially in a school setting, but his actions undoubtedly saved lives that day. It's hard to imagine how such a small community could process something so devastating, but heroes like Jonathan remind us that even in the darkest times, there's hope and strength. Does anyone know if Moses Lake has done anything in particular to honor his courage? It’d be a comfort to know his brave actions are remembered and inspire others in some way.
