Has anyone looked into the company's response to this tragedy? I'm curious about what measures Benjamin Moore Paint Co. took after Ryan's tragic death to help their employees cope and ensure their safety. Workplace violence is such a crucial issue, and after something as terrible as this, you'd hope the company really stepped up their game in terms of support and preventive measures. I can't imagine what Ryan's family is going through, and it’s important his colleagues also get the help they need to process what happened. Has there been any follow-up from the company on initiatives for mental health support or conflict resolution?
