Hey everyone, I was just reflecting on the impact this crime had on the community and something that really struck me was the lasting effects on the survivors and the victims’ families. ? I can't even begin to imagine what Breanne Leigh must be going through after surviving such a terrifying ordeal. To witness the murder of her friends in what seemed like a safe space... it’s utterly devastating. Her strength in the aftermath is nothing short of remarkable. It’s so important we keep the conversation open about supporting survivors of such trauma. The emotional scars are so deep and lasting—often long after the legal proceedings are over. And for Joseph Mark LaMar’s family, this must be an incredibly difficult time of year with anniversaries bringing all the heartache right back to the forefront. Has anyone seen any updates on community support initiatives or foundations set up to help families affected by violent crime like this? It’d be good to share resources or events where people can participate in commemorating the lives lost while helping those left behind. ? Sending my thoughts to all who are hurting from this senseless tragedy. Let's keep encouraging each other to promote love and understanding to hopefully prevent such acts of hate in the future. Stay strong, everyone. ?

I've been following this case closely and keep thinking about the immense strength it must have taken for Breanne Leigh to survive such a terrifying ordeal. Being the only survivor of this horrific attack, not only did she endure significant physical trauma, but the emotional scars must be overwhelming. I can't imagine the turmoil she's faced having lost her friends in such a brutal way, while also having to deal with the knowledge that she came close to being a victim as well. It’s remarkable that she's still standing after all she's been through. I hope she has received the support and love needed to heal from this nightmare. Does anyone know how the community and local services have been supporting her and the families of the victims in the aftermath? How has Woodland rallied to help those affected by this tragedy?
