I recently came across an article about Janell Renee Knight, and I've been thinking about her unique passion for vintage clothing and knickknacks. It's just so sad to think that someone with such a vibrant and creative spirit was taken away in such a violent manner. Her eclectic style seemed like a beautiful way of expressing her personality to the world. And those quirky hats! It's the small things like that, which give us a glimpse into who Janell was, that really resonate. I can only imagine how much her friends and family miss those little touches of whimsy she added to everyday life. ? It's always profoundly disturbing when an individual's hateful beliefs lead to such senseless violence, and in this case, it's doubly so given the loss of such a colorful personality in Janell. Her memory is a reminder of the diversity and joy that each person brings into the world. For those who knew her, living without that now must be incredibly painful. If anyone knew Janell personally, I'd love to hear more about her and the things she loved. Her story deserves to be told and remembered beyond the tragedy. Stay strong, Woodland.
