I just keep thinking about the poor woman who stumbled upon the scene while walking her dog at the Capitol Forest. It must have been truly traumatic for her. Discovering Dakota Tyree Walker's body like that is something no one should ever have to go through. My heart goes out to her, in addition to Dakota's loved ones, having to deal with the aftermath of such a violent act. It's terrifying to think that she probably went out expecting a peaceful day and instead found herself in the middle of a true crime story. I hope she has some support and has been able to process what happened. What a nightmarish situation for everyone involved.
