Pedro Montero was sentenced to 10 years and 4 months in prison. That really doesn't seem like enough time to spend in jail for taking a life.

Hey everyone,
I've been following the Alex Song case closely, and there's something that's been on my mind. It's just so distressing to think about how a simple argument over a car could escalate so quickly to such a devastating outcome. I can’t imagine what Alex’s loved ones are going through right now. The fact that this all happened over a 2006 Honda Pilot is just surreal.
What stands out to me, though, is the role the female driver played. Her decision to cooperate with the police and provide details about the incident might have been crucial in the swift arrest of Montero. It's a reminder of how important it is to do the right thing, even in situations where you might be terrified or feel trapped.
I really hope justice is served and that Alex’s family finds some peace. Does anyone know if there's been any recent developments in the case? Any updates would be appreciated.
Stay safe, everyone.
