I've been following the case of Paul Tapia and Jose Garcia, and one aspect that really struck me is the role of the surveillance footage from that night. It's so hard to wrap my head around the fact that Paul and "Chucky" were seen having a seemingly friendly chat outside the bar before the tragic event unfolded.
