My name is Kayla Keith but previously known as Kayla Lance. The daughter of Gerald Lance. I have done so much digging & I know sounds cliche but have connections & I have uncovered a lot of the truth. What’s being said online & articles are not true, the detectives are covering or prolonging this investigation because they don’t want to prosecute the person responsible for my dads death which by the way was a drug dealer & felon which if you don’t know felons ARE NOT allowed fire arms & would be immediately prosecuted but the guy responsible for it is getting away with it for what I’m going to assume is due to my father “having history” with the detective that was on the case. Because when I went to speak to the detective he was rude & immediately told me he knew exactly who my father was & basically rushed me out the door, because “he had no further information to share” there’s a lot more to this case then the media sees or hears. But trust me, I am trying to get answers & to fight for my dad.

What the heck? That isn't the way to treat a grieving family member. How sickening. I am so sorry you are being victimized in more than just losing your dad. I wonder if the person that did this was an informant. Makes you wonder.....
Has anyone else been following the case of Gerald Lance in Everett? I can't stop thinking about the events that unfolded on January 31, 2020. What strikes me most is the rapid escalation of the situation. From an unexpected encounter in the front yard to a violent confrontation, it’s devastating how quickly life can change. Gerald’s family must be going through such a tough time right now. I keep coming back to whether there was any prior history between him and the homeowner. If there wasn’t, what could have led to such a tragic outcome? It’s hard not to think about all the unanswered questions that the investigation still aims to address. Whatever the case may be, I just hope justice and clarity come through soon for everyone involved.
Does anyone else have questions about how long it’s taking for more info to come out about Gerald Lance's case? I mean, it's been a while since the incident, and there still doesn't seem to be any closure or updates. I can’t imagine what his family is going through without answers. It's important for them to know exactly what happened that night and why it escalated to that level. I'm particularly curious about whether there was any prior conflict between Gerald and the homeowner that might have contributed to the tragic outcome. It's such a complex situation, and I hope the investigation sheds light sooner rather than later. Sending thoughts to Gerald’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
