I've been following the case of Mark Pray's murder, and something that's been weighing heavily on my mind is the impact on the Orting community. It's always tough to see how such a tight-knit place can be shaken to its core by an act of violence, especially when it involves such young individuals. My heart goes out to Mark's family, who must be dealing with unimaginable pain right now. I can't help but wonder about the long-term effects on the teenagers involved. Being so young and now facing the consequences of such serious charges must be incredibly daunting. It raises a lot of questions about what led to this point and how these issues can be addressed in our communities to prevent future tragedies. Hoping that the community can find some sense of healing and that justice brings some measure of peace to those affected. I think it's important to keep having these conversations about youth and violence, even though they're hard.
