I’ve been following Andre's case and something that really gnaws at me is the conflicting witness accounts. It’s so hard to wrap my head around how different those stories are. Some folks back Elgin’s account, saying it was an accident, but then there’s that juvenile witness hinting that Anders had the gun pointed intentionally. I can’t imagine how Andre’s family copes with this uncertainty hanging over them. Not to mention, if the juvenile witness is right, how do we explain the plea deal and the sentence? It’s like there’s a piece of the puzzle missing that would make everything clearer. My heart goes out to Andre’s family, grappling with their loss and these haunting questions every day. If we truly want justice, shouldn’t every last detail be scrutinized until we have a solid, consistent understanding of what happened?
