I've been thinking a lot about gun safety in the home since hearing about Anthony Blake Wells's tragic passing. It's hard to imagine the pain his family must be going through. While it appears there won't be charges filed, it's a terrible reminder of how important it is for gun owners to secure their firearms properly. I can't help but wonder if increased community education on firearms safety could prevent another family from experiencing this kind of loss. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this tragic accident—especially those who have to live with the aftermath of what was truly a preventable situation. What do you all think could be done to ensure tragedies like this are less likely to happen in the future?
