I can't stop thinking about the role of technology in this tragic case. It's chilling to imagine the last moments of Catherine, Mike, and Geneva, but it’s also incredible how quickly Olivo was tracked down thanks to the OnStar system in his vehicle. It makes me wonder about how far we've come in terms of using technology to solve crimes, yet it wasn't enough to prevent this horrific event. The reliability of OnStar to pinpoint Olivo's location in Florida was like a lifeline for law enforcement, ensuring he couldn't just vanish. Still, my heart aches for the families, especially knowing the threats were made in advance. It’s a terrible reminder of how threats should always be taken seriously, and how needful it is for better preventive measures and support in potential domestic violence situations. What do you all think can be improved in this aspect to prevent such tragedies?
