I stumbled upon Dereck Lee James's obituary and I'm left with a lot of questions. It’s so strange how there's barely any information on what actually happened. I mean, Derek seemed like such a committed worker with Harris Construction and someone who had deep ties to the community in Kentucky. You'd think there would be more talk about the circumstances of his passing. Does anyone know if local newspapers or authorities ever released more details? Sometimes small towns can be tight-knit and quiet about these things, which I totally get out of respect for the family's privacy, but this seems like an unusually quiet case. If anyone has more insights or knows where to look for past reports, I'd really appreciate it. It's just so important to remember him and understand what happened. Sending love to Dereck's family and friends during such a confusing time.
