Has anyone else been following the Michael Ray Smith case from Georgetown, Kentucky? I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact this incident must have on the children who were in the house that day. It's incredibly sad to imagine what they must have gone through and how this will affect them moving forward. Living through such a traumatic event, especially when it involves family members, is something no child should have to endure. My heart goes out to those kids and the entire family. I hope they are getting the support and counseling they need during this difficult time. Has there been any word on how they’re doing or if there are any community resources stepping up to help them?
