Wow, it’s so unsettling to know that this happened in a place many of us probably pass by regularly. I always think about how these places become marked by such violence for the families and friends involved, almost like they get robbed of the ordinary safety we all take for granted. It's a reminder of how fragile everything can be. Fern Creek used to feel like such a peaceful area, and I can only imagine how the community must be reeling from such a shocking event. Really hoping the investigators find some leads soon—justice is vital not only for Rogelio's and Santiago's families but also for restoring some sense of security to the community. Sending out support to all who loved them; they deserve answers and peace.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the case about Rogelio Torres Garcia and Santiago Hernandez Robles in Louisville, and I can’t stop thinking about the location where it happened. It's concerning that the shooting took place in such a public area near Bardstown Road and Hurstbourne Parkway. Places that are supposed to be safe communal spaces seem to be experiencing this kind of violence too often.
It's terrifying to think that these men were directly targeted or found themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time, resulting in something so tragic. It makes you wonder about the factors leading up to this incident and if there's more we need to understand about safety in these areas.
My thoughts are with the families and friends of both Rogelio and Santiago. Losing someone in such a violent manner, right before the holidays, adds another layer of pain I'm sure they are experiencing. Hopefully, more information comes to light soon and justice can be served for them.
Would love to hear if anyone else has insights or theories about the location aspect and if maybe there's been a pattern in this area. Stay safe out there, everyone.
