Has anyone heard anything more about what exactly was going on in the area that day? It's tough to fathom how such a tragic event unfolded in broad daylight. That part of N. Upper Street always seemed like a quiet spot whenever I passed through. I can't help but think that someone must have seen or heard something unusual given the time of day. If anyone remembers anything, even if it seems small, it's worth sharing with the police. My heart goes out to Dominico’s family and friends. Losing someone so young with so much promise is beyond devastating. I hope their shared memories of “Lil Minico” and his kind-hearted nature can bring them some comfort during this incredibly difficult time.
