I’ve been thinking about Jaylen Davis’s case, and I can’t help but wonder if there’s more to be learned from the local surveillance footage. Sometimes, footage that initially seems insignificant might later reveal important clues. Has there been any mention of attempts to enhance or re-analyze the video available from the night of the shooting? It’s frustrating to think there could be evidence out there, just waiting to be discovered or interpreted differently. I genuinely hope someone who might have been in the area that night comes forward with even the smallest detail. Every bit of information counts in bringing justice for Jaylen. It breaks my heart to hear about what happened to Jaylen Davis. I can't even begin to imagine what his family is going through. I drive by the intersection of South 15th and Lee Streets fairly often and it makes me think about how quickly something tragic can happen. It's a busy area, so I'm surprised and frustrated there weren't more witnesses able to step forward with information. With all the surveillance tech we have these days, you’d hope there’d be something that could help lead to an arrest. This senseless violence needs to be addressed not just by law enforcement, but by all of us in the community.
