It's so tough to read about Tony Lyvers' situation even after all this time. I can't imagine the pain his family must be feeling with no answers and no justice. Something that really stands out to me is the lack of suspect information despite how long it’s been. Is it that there were no witnesses, or is there some other reason people are holding back? It's worrisome because his family deserves peace, and this person, whoever they are, could still be out there. The community's involvement seems so crucial in this case, and I wonder what more can be done to encourage people to speak up. The increased reward might help, but it feels like there needs to be more outreach or something to break this silence. Anyone else have thoughts on how cases like this can get more traction to break the silence?
I can't stop thinking about the lack of progress in Tony Lyvers' case. I was reading about how he made it to the sidewalk before everything ended, and it just got me reflecting on how terrifying and sudden this must have been for him. Living in one's own home is supposed to be a place of safety, yet this happened in his own neighborhood.
It’s so frustrating and sad knowing a year has passed, and we’ve not moved closer to justice for him and his family. I hope folks in the area who might know something realize how crucial even the tiniest piece of information could be. This is a community issue as much as it is a family’s tragedy. If anyone is out there with some info, please consider speaking up through the anonymous tip line or any other way that feels safe. Tony deserves answers, and his loved ones deserve peace.
