I’ve been following the case of Darius Anderson and La'Troy Hornbeak, and I can’t stop thinking about the impact it must have had on their families and community. These young men showed incredible bravery trying to keep others safe, and it’s so senseless that they lost their lives in the process.
What baffles me is how no one has been arrested yet. I mean, the event was packed, right? Seeing the police still asking for tips makes me wonder if people are scared to come forward or if they just didn't see anything useful. It must be so difficult for their families, knowing that the people responsible are still out there.
I really hope someone steps up soon with the crucial piece of information the police need. These families deserve answers and some measure of peace. It's hard to wrap my head around what happened to Darius and La'Troy, especially since they were trying to keep everyone else safe.
