I’ve been closely following the case of Dorien Meullion, and it's incredibly difficult seeing this young man's life cut short. It's particularly frustrating that, despite the efforts of the Louisville Metro Police Department, there have been no arrests. With Dorien shot multiple times outside his home, it's chilling to think about what led up to this event. I can't imagine the pain his family and friends are going through right now. It must be unnerving for everyone in the Bashford Manor area too, knowing that there's no resolution yet. The atmosphere must feel tense with the knowledge that such violence could happen so close to home, and with no one held accountable yet. Does anyone have any updated information on community meetings or vigils that might be happening? It seems crucial for the community to come together, both for support and to keep this case alive in people’s minds. The more awareness there is, hopefully, the more likely it is that someone with information will come forward. It’s important that we don’t let cases like Dorien’s fade into the background. What more can we do as a community to help support his family and the ongoing investigation?
