It's so devastating to see another young life taken so soon. My heart truly goes out to the Shelton and Sparks family during this difficult time. I'm curious if anyone else has been trying to look into what might have occurred on August 13, 2022, in Lexington. I know there haven't been many details released about the circumstances around Demetrius's death. Has anyone heard any updates from local news streams or elsewhere? I understand this might be really sensitive for those close to Demetrius, but it might also be helpful to know if there are any active discussions or leads from law enforcement. Keeping Demetrius and his loved ones in my thoughts.

Just came across the case of Demetrius A. Shelton Jr., and my heart goes out to his family during this incredibly difficult time. It's so tragic when a young life is lost, and it’s clear that Demetrius was deeply loved by his family, especially given how large it is with his siblings. I can only imagine how his mother, September, and siblings are coping with such a loss, particularly after already losing his brother Le'Ronta. It's hard to grasp how families navigate these tragedies and find the strength to move forward. I hope the community is rallying around the Shelton family to provide the support they need. Maybe someone has information that could help bring some closure? Just hoping for justice and peace for those who knew and loved Demetrius.
