I've been diving into the Hittle case again, and something that stands out to me is the timing of the murders. Being discovered so late at night, between 11 p.m. and midnight, is intriguing. It makes me wonder about the level of familiarity the perpetrator had with Margaret and John Henry. Could it be someone they knew personally, someone who knew their schedule well enough to strike when they were most vulnerable? Considering John Henry's connection to the mayor of Rochester, Indiana, I can only imagine the pressure and intense scrutiny this case must have initially brought. For a crime like this to potentially remain unsolved after all these years is haunting. I genuinely hope the family feels the support of the community and that they find peace, despite the lingering questions.
