Hey everyone, I've been looking into Robert Ronald Lawson's case out of curiosity, and something that's really puzzling is the area where he was found—Lone Pine Township. For anyone familiar with the region, is there anything particularly noteworthy or unusual about that place? It's strange how no witnesses seem to have come forward, despite it being described as a tight-knit community. I understand it was a different time, but with Lawson's position as a deputy, I would have thought more people might have been proactive in providing information. Maybe there's some local lore or events that aren't widely known? It must be incredibly difficult for his family not having closure all these years. Thoughts or local insights would be appreciated.
