Has anyone else been thinking about how much Kevin's humor must be missed by his family and friends right now? I never knew him personally, but from what I've read, it sounds like he had such a gift for bringing smiles to the people around him. I bet those moments of laughter and joy are what his loved ones are holding onto in this incredibly difficult time. It's truly saddening to think about how one moment can alter so many lives forever. Knowing that Kevin left behind a son, Dylan, it just breaks my heart for the young boy growing up without his dad's laughter and love. I hope the community continues to support his family and raises more awareness about preventing violence. I wasn't able to attend the vigil, but I heard it was a beautiful tribute. It's comforting to know people are coming together not just to honor Kevin, but to stand against the kind of violence that took him away. If anyone has photos or stories from the vigil, please share. I think it would be healing for many of us who couldn't be there in person.
