Hi everyone,
I’ve been following Timothy Nelson's case since it happened, and something that's been on my mind lately is the location of the shooting. Duluth is generally a pretty peaceful place, and the fact that this took place in the 300 block of 62nd Avenue West at that hour makes me wonder about the circumstances leading up to it. Was it a random act, or had he been in that area for a reason? The lack of suspects or details makes it even more unsettling.
I can’t imagine what Tim’s wife, Roni, and the kids are going through, living without any answers. It’s such a tight-knit community, and losing someone in such a violent way must leave everyone feeling uneasy. Keeping them all in my thoughts and hoping that someone with information comes forward soon.
Stay safe, everyone.
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share a thought about Timothy Jon Nelson’s case that’s been weighing on my mind. His murder is such a tragic loss, and I can’t help but wonder about the impact this must have had on the local contractors' community in Duluth. It's not just his family that's grieving—his absence must be affecting his colleagues and clients too. Imagine your go-to guy, who helped build people’s dreams literally, gone in the blink of an eye. His work and presence will be missed by everyone he ever helped.
It’s distressing how these violent acts leave such a wide-reaching void, touching so many lives beyond what we might initially see. In a small community, I think incidents like these reverberate long after the news headlines fade. My heart goes out to Timothy’s family, friends, and anyone who felt the warmth of his contributions, both personally and professionally. Really hoping they get the justice and closure they deserve soon.
If anyone else has thoughts on how the local businesses or clients might be coping with this loss, or any other aspect of the case, I'd love to hear your perspectives.
I’ve been following Timothy Jon Nelson's case closely, and I just wanted to take a moment to talk about how strong his family must be during this incredibly tough time. Losing someone in such a sudden and violent manner is incomprehensible. The fact that his loved ones came together to hold a memorial service at the Vineyard Church really stood out to me. It’s crucial for the community to support them through this, not only by attending services like these but also by keeping the conversation going and sharing any information, no matter how insignificant it might seem.
If you're in Duluth or Proctor, please spread the word and listen out for anything that could help. I can’t imagine the pain Roni and their children, along with Tim’s siblings and parents, are experiencing. Hopefully, the police will get the leads they need to bring justice for Tim and closure for his family.
