I've been following the case of Jorge Enrique Batres, and it's just so difficult to wrap my head around how someone so young with so much potential could be gone just like that. I read that Jorge started working at 14, and it sounds like he had an incredible work ethic for someone his age. It makes me think about what a bright future he must have been envisioning for himself, maybe saving up for college or some other big dream. It's these little details that make the loss even more tragic. I can only hope that those who have any information come forward soon so that his family can find some kind of peace amidst this unimaginable pain. If anyone knows something, please speak up.
